Traditional Dutch Colonial

This entire house was painted by Rokel. Historic colors, from Benjamin Moore, were used throughout the interior of the house. The exterior was painted with low lustre white by Benjamin Moore. The shutters were painted with high gloss Black Forest green. The front door was finished with stain and multiple coats of spar varnish.
The home was built by Kresker Construction, Oakland, N.J., 201.230.7757.

The walls, throughout the entire dwelling, are a flat finish. All trim, on this project, is finished in high gloss white. The doors are stained and finished with multiple coats of spar varnish.
