The front entrance and foyer are pictured above. The radiator has been cleaned and repainted with heat resistant paint. The wood panelling has been cleaned thoroughly,
and multiple applications of wood re-finisher. The panels received a thorough buffing, by hand, to bring out a satin shine. This entire project was primed with Benjamin Moore Fresh Start Primer (alkyd and latex). All walls, ceilings, trim and doors had two finish coats applied.

The dinning room was completed and stands ready to entertain guests. The paint is Benjamin Moore Aura. The upper walls are finished with AF435, matte, color-Spa. The lower panels are finished with AF405, Satin, color-Thicket. All the trim and china closet are Aura, eggshell finish, color-White. The ceiling is flat white.

The china closet and french doors were worked on for days to remove paint drips, smooth the wood surfaces and clean paint from the glass. The wood panels were carefully sanded to protect the detail. Fresh Start Primer (BM) was applied then two finish coats of paint.

The window was carefully attended to. Scraping, sanding and elbow grease made them look almost new. These windows and others in the house are casement style with brass window stays.

Looking into the living room. Lots of wood work to clean and refinish. Once again, days of cleaning, multiple finish applications and hand buffing. The upper wall area is painted with AF370, matte finish, color-Citrine. the ceiling is flat white.

The fireplace brick was cleaned by GVR Cleaning Services, owned by

The hallway on the first floor was painted with AF 330, matte finish, color-Soliel. The ceiling is flat white.

This is the last gas light in the house. To bad there was no glass shade.

This small room is just off the living room. This small room had three doors.
The walls are painted with AF95, matte finish, color-Hush.

This bedroom is on the first floor at the rear of the house. Color-Hush

The first floor bath was completely re-done. Wainscoting was painted satin white.

This room had crown moulding installed to accent the ceilings.
The trim is Aura White eggshell finish.
The walls are AF95 , matte finish, color-Hush. The ceiling is AF130, matte finish, color-Truffle.

The Kitchen

This color is Buttered Yam, AF230, matte finish.
The phots do no justice to the actual color. Between the
flash and the overhead lights the color changes. This kitchen is small but classy.

The photo to the right shows a view into the pantry.

This is the stairs to the second floor. Now it's bright and inviting.

The second floor bedroom is now a pleasant place to spend time.
The color is Hush, AF95, matte finish.

The second floor bath is painted, AF540, matte finish, color-Constellation
The tub was sanded, cleaned and primed. Then two coats ( for metal surfaces) of high
 gloss black.

The radiators look new throughout the home. Heat resistant paint
was sprayed on the radiators.
