Teaneck Basement reno

This was a basement reno completed by All Points Home Inspections and Construction. The owner, Mike Amendola and his crew took this storm ravaged basement from complete destruction to a new living space. The space is currently used as a music studio and for music lessons.

The new walls are in place, the floor and ceiling are installed. Now it was time for paint. The owners chose white semi-gloss for the trim, ultra flat white for the ceiling and Putnam Ivory, matte finish for the walls. The walls had applications of Benjamin Moore Fresh Start primer and Aura matte on the walls.

Its hard to believe, in August the storm waters lifted the entire basement floor. Chunks of concrete and alot of water filled this space. All the new masonary work was done by D. Tilli Construction of Elmwood Park, NJ.
