1906 Leonia Home

Nine years have passed since we last worked on this home. The bad winter and a roofing crew caused some damage to the stucco, precast lintels and sills. The porch floor has some blistering paint, but, the Benjamin Moore Floor/Patio Paint held up for a long time. The stucco repairs and the precast window treatments were repaired with Quick Crete Quick set. The main color for the house is Sail Cloth (soft gloss) and the trim is White (low lustre).

All of the paint products were purchased at Pete and John's Paint Market, Benjamin Moore store.

The stucco was scraped by hand with painters tools. The blistered and cracked
stucco was taken off of about 50% of the dwelling.

The scrapping was done from the soffits to the water table trim.
All repairs completed, new paint applied.
                                                                The beautiful front porch.
New paint!
